Q: What are the dates?

Q: How do I book my hotel room?
A: Information regarding staying at our host hotel can be found on our Book Hotel Room tab.

Q: Is there a discount?
A: Yes! The historic and lovely Brown Hotel is giving a discount to WITness Success attendees.

Q: What is the location?
A: The entire event is located at The Brown Hotel, 335 West Broadway, Louisville, Kentucky, United States, 40202

Q: How do we get there?
The Brown Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Louisville and offers a shuttle to and from the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. Call the hotel at 502-583-1234 to arrange for a shuttle pickup from the airport

Q: When does registration close?
A: We are delighted when registrations happen early to allow us ample time to plan room setups, food, etc. However, ticket sales will be open through the end of June, 2024.

Q: What is the Covid policy for attending?
A: Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event. We encourage you to follow the event’s safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions. WITness Success will not require proof of vaccination.

Q: Is this the same group that puts on the Dreamforce event?
A: No, this is a community lead event that is put on by volunteers from the community.

Q: Are meals included?
A: We are glad to offer a light breakfast, boxed lunch, coffee breaks & snacks during the event. Coffee station will be located in the Career Fair.

Q: Are there vegan/vegetarian, kosher or food allergy options?
A: When registering, you would be able to select any dietary restrictions needed. The venue will be able to have options that meet all dietary needs.

Q: Why over a weekend?
A: Based on feedback from the community, a weekend was preferred to allow the most amount of people access to travel and time to attend the event.

Q: What do I wear?
A: Come as you are! Many folks will be in business casual to casual attire, but all are welcome at WITness Success.

Q: How is this different from the Regional Events like MWD?
A: WITness Success focuses on soft skills rather than technical Salesforce skills. The ultimate goal is to equip attendees to excel in their careers, be role models and mentor others.

Q: Will I register for breakout sessions?
A: Not this year. All breakouts will be first-come, first-served and due to limited space for workshops, there will be a per attendee limit. You can, however, bookmark the sessions you’d like to attend in the Whova app.

Q: Do you have any space for additional speakers?
A: A call for speakers will be open in February and March and voluntary speakers will be selected from those who submit.

Q: How did you select breakout speakers?
A: Our content team uses an anonymous process to rank the submitted session abstracts. Only the top ranked submissions made the cut.

Q: Who is the audience at Friday’s event?
A: Anyone that in town for WITness Success is invited, as well as #WITconf24 attendees. In fact, the Friday dinner is included in the cost of full registration for the event. Additionally, tickets can be purchased for just the Friday dinner.

Q: How can I help promote the event?
A: Use #WITConf24 on social media!

Q: Can rooms be shared?
A: Yes, at your own coordination & discretion, the hotel will allow room sharing.

Q: What if I have accessibility needs?
A: All attendees will be able to access the conference content. We have made sure that there is plenty of time built into the schedule for transition times, even if an attendee is using the ramps & elevators to navigate the venue. Q: I signed up for the full conference pass. Do I need to register for the dinner too?
A: No, the Friday dinner is included in the cost of full registration for the event.

Q: How can I volunteer to help at the event?
A: Volunteer information can be found here, you can sign up for shifts right on the form.
