Erin leads Mintigo’s Customer Experience organization with more than 15 years of experience in technology and marketing, and is passionate about coupling data with engagement marketing methodology to enable customers’ success and build lasting relationships. Before joining Mintigo, Erin held positions in demand generation, marketing and sales ops, sales-enablement, and business development, and has international work experience spanning three continents. She has successfully established core marketing processes and top-performing lead generation programs at early-stage startups, growth-stage companies, and multi-billion dollar enterprises alike, and uses that experience at Mintigo to drive the same impact for her customers. A 2016 Marketo Revvie nominee (SMB Marketing Team of the Year), she also runs the Salesforce Women in Tech User Group for San Francisco, and has spoken at conferences including Dreamforce, Marketo Summit, MarTech, and Apttus Accelerate. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in Sociology.
