Lizz Hellinga Lizz Hellinga is the founder of Montage Learning where she helps companies strategically achieve their learning objectives. Nearly every position she has held since graduating college has involved some aspect of Learning & Development, including training internal colleagues and external clients. With Montage, Lizz has been able to make L&D her central focus and help companies achieve real results that support their business objectives while increasing employee engagement.
When she joined the Salesforce ecosystem she immediately recognized how the power of L&D could propel others in their Salesforce career. She was able to deepen her commitment to learning and has shared knowledge and upskilled community members at many community events.
She is 3X Salesforce Certified Professional, Chicago WIT Co-Leader, and a Salesforce MVP. She is a 7X Dreamforce speaker and has facilitated several workshops at WITness Success with a focus on career advancement. Lizz has a passion for helping others hop on what she calls the “Salesforce Success Journey.” She enjoys helping others combine their Salesforce skills with in-demand soft skills to advance their career.
