What is WITness Success?

WITness Success is a women-in-technology workforce development and leadership organization. We use education, mentorship, networking, technical training, and career development to increase the advancement and retention of women in technology.

Our flagship event is an annual two-day career development and technical training program for the global community.

Our Flagship Event

Our annual event is a community-led, two-day program where attendees learn, network, grow, get inspired, and set intentions. Its goal is to equip attendees with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in their careers, become role models, and mentor others. We expect around 300 attendees.

The WIT Community

Since Dreamforce 2010 when the inaugural Girly Geeks meetup took place, the community of women working in the Salesforce ecosystem identifying as Salesforce Women in Tech (WIT) has grown to 4000+ members in the Success Community, with 50+ user groups globally.
