The WITness Success Affiliate Partner Program is designed to empower community members to introduce others to WITness Success by sharing the conference with colleagues, user groups, and professional networks. Inspired by our belief that “I don’t shine if you don’t shine,” the program recognizes and rewards Affiliates who help create new opportunities for connection, learning, and growth within our community.
These Terms & Conditions establish the guidelines for participation, referral eligibility, reward fulfillment, and program administration to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all participants.
Affiliate – An individual approved by WITness Success to participate in the Affiliate Partner Program.
Affiliate Link – The unique referral link assigned to an Affiliate for tracking qualifying registrations.
Referral – A Qualifying Registration completed through an Affiliate’s unique Affiliate Link in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Qualifying Registration – A paid registration for the WITness Success 2027 Conference Pass, excluding add-on purchases such as Gala-only tickets, workshops, merchandise, donations, or other ancillary purchases unless otherwise designated by WITness Success.
Rewards – Benefits offered through the Affiliate Partner Program, including but not limited to conference registrations, certification vouchers, merchandise, VIP experiences, and promotional items.
Participation in the WITness Success Affiliate Partner Program is by application and approval. WITness Success reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke participation at any time, including but not limited to cases of fraud, misuse of the program, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or conduct inconsistent with the values and mission of WITness Success.
Individuals may apply for and participate in the Affiliate Program without first registering for WITness Success 2027.
To receive or redeem earned Rewards, an Affiliate must be registered for WITness Success 2027 and complete onsite attendee check-in. Affiliates whose earned Reward includes a conference registration may satisfy the registration requirement by timely redeeming that Reward.
Affiliates who do not attend WITness Success 2027 will forfeit any Rewards that have not already been fulfilled, unless an exception is approved by WITness Success in its sole discretion.
Rewards may be distributed before, during, or after WITness Success 2027 at the discretion of WITness Success. Certain Rewards may be withheld until attendance has been verified.
A Referral is credited only when a Qualifying Registration is completed through the Affiliate’s unique Affiliate Link at the time of registration. Registrations completed without using an Affiliate Link are not eligible for referral credit and cannot be manually attributed or reassigned after registration is complete.
Only Qualifying Registrations count toward referral totals and Reward eligibility.
Canceled or refunded registrations do not qualify toward referral totals or Reward eligibility.
Affiliates may not earn referral credit for their own registration.
WITness Success reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine referral attribution, resolve disputes, interpret these Terms & Conditions, and make final decisions regarding Affiliate Program eligibility and Reward fulfillment.
Rewards are available while supplies last and may be limited in quantity. Availability of certain Rewards is dependent upon inventory, sponsorship, and organizational resources.
WITness Success reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, add, or discontinue Rewards, Reward tiers, eligibility requirements, or redemption requirements at any time. Changes will not affect Rewards that have already been earned and confirmed.
Rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or other consideration.
Rewards, including conference registrations, certification vouchers, merchandise, VIP experiences, and other benefits, are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.
Certain Rewards may require redemption by a specified deadline. Rewards not redeemed by the stated deadline may be forfeited.
Referral totals, Reward progress, and estimated Reward status communicated by WITness Success are unofficial and subject to verification. Rewards are considered earned only after final verification of Qualifying Registrations and confirmation of Reward eligibility by WITness Success.
Affiliates agree to represent WITness Success professionally, honestly, and in a manner consistent with the organization’s values. Affiliates may not make false or misleading statements, misrepresent the conference or its benefits, impersonate WITness Success, or imply they are speaking on behalf of the organization unless expressly authorized.
Affiliates agree to comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and any branding, messaging, or promotional guidelines provided by WITness Success.
Where required by applicable law, Affiliates are responsible for disclosing their participation in the Affiliate Partner Program when promoting WITness Success.
By participating in the Affiliate Partner Program, Affiliates grant WITness Success permission to use their name, likeness, organization, community affiliation, submitted testimonials, and photographs in connection with promoting the Affiliate Partner Program and future WITness Success events, unless otherwise requested in writing.
Affiliates are responsible for responding to communications regarding earned Rewards and providing any information necessary for Reward fulfillment. Unclaimed Rewards may be forfeited after the published redemption deadline.
WITness Success reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Partner Program, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official WITness Success communication channels. Changes will not affect Rewards that have already been earned and confirmed unless required by law or necessitated by fraud, misuse, or circumstances beyond WITness Success’s reasonable control.
WITness Success is not responsible for technical failures, website outages, tracking interruptions, lost referrals, delays in Reward fulfillment, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect participation in the Affiliate Partner Program, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue closures, travel disruptions, sponsor changes, government actions, or technology failures.
Participation in the Affiliate Partner Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or other legal relationship between the Affiliate and WITness Success. Affiliates are independent participants and may not bind or obligate WITness Success in any manner.
Acceptance into the WITness Success Affiliate Partner Program does not guarantee eligibility for future affiliate programs. WITness Success may establish different eligibility requirements, reward structures, and application processes for future events.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Participation in the WITness Success Affiliate Partner Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
