Let’s examine diversity and it’s inclusiveness. Is social distancing a metaphor for how brands and corporate America has treated networking and outreach to People of Color? As we venture down the rabbit hole this presentation and discussion will include competencies from our Diversity, Inclusion and Dissidence Course.

Jenny Triplett – Jenny is a certified LMET (Leadership, Management and Education Trainer) via the US Navy. She has advocated for numerous people with discriminatory workplace issues. She is a media personality and has appeared on Dr.Phil, CNN, TLC, TMZ, Huffington Post and Tedx. She has worked with brands (HSN, FBLA, Today Show, Georgia Department of Corrections, Job Corps) on diversifying their policies and adding diversity to their company culture. She is a VIP Ambassador for Shark Tank mogul Daymond John, co-author of the best selling book, Surviving Marriage in the 21st Century and better half of 30 years to husband and co-facilitator Rufus.

Rufus Triplett – Rufus is a seasoned former hiring manager and attendant of the Commandant of the Marine Corps. He spent his honorable years in US Marine Corps piercing ceilings and breaking barriers. He has spearheaded campaigns for equality and taken on corporate challenges all the way to the EEOC with various Title VII issues. He has worked with brands (Disney, Facebook, Essencefest, Georgia Department of Corrections, Georgia Education System) to help diversify their offerings. He is a media personality and has appeared on Dr.Phil, CNN, TLC, TMZ, Huffington Post and Tedx.
